The people we are leading in worship generally have a limited range and do not have a high range. When we pitch songs in keys that are too high, the congregation will stop singing, tire out, and eventually quit, becoming spectators. Remember that our responsibility is to enable the congregation to sing their praises, not to showcase our great platform voices by pitching songs in our power ranges. The basic range of the average singer is an octave and a fourth from A to D (more).
With the availability of so many new songs, we often become haphazard in our worship planning, pulling songs from so many sources without reinforcing the songs and helping the congregation to take them on as a regular expression of their worship. In the old days, the hymnal was that repository. Today, we need to create song lists to use in planning our times of worship. (more)
8) Worship leaders ad lib too much. The weight on the person on stage as turned the congregation into lazy little robots. You will hear people only from certain church styles say I cant follow the leader some times. I do believe we should be mindful of this! For some churches it does not matter because the room understands their DNA and style. For those who have seen the shift of this there are a few key reasons why. The room does not fill themselves with these songs throughout the week. They complain about following you because they are lost. To me it is the same as not knowing where a book of the bible is and the teaching pastor as you to turn there. IF you are in the word you know where to look if not do you get mad and say hey preacher man you are hard to follow how dare you ask this of me. Those who are in there word find it and can keep up. We along with many other churches post links to our worship set on our site so that people can go and download and learn the songs.
Once upon a time, there was an Ogre (Mike Myers) whose swamp got overrun by intruders from fairy tales and Disney movies, including Pinocchio, three little pigs, and a big, bad wolf. All are refugees from the kingdom of the wicked Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow). With the help of an articulate donkey (Eddie Murphy), Shrek sets things right and, along the way, wins the love of Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz), who has a secret but endearing flaw. Computer animation with great humor and, even rarer, heart, makes it a great cartoon movie for family night.

Hi,When I add song to a playlist, the behavior is different when file is local or from a dlna server :when file is from Dlna server, only the filename is displayed.I would like the Title / Artist (from MP3 Tag)Is this possible ?
I just installed VLC on a new Sony Android TV to play audio CDs I have put on an external hdd and would like to know how you configure VLC to play all songs in a folder? At this time it plays one song then stops. Also, is there a way to just have it go onto the next folder? All songs from a CD are placed in individual folders at this time.
For me, I open up a song and then drag the entire player from the bottom of the screen. Then there are two of those three dots options button on the top-right area. Use the one that is on the absolute top-right. Screenshot below:
I have a Suzuki energy smart tv. I have downloaded the VLC program via the playstore to run videos from either a disc on key or external hard drive. However I am now experiencing the following problem- the movie is running out of sync- meaning the picture, the audio and the subtitles are all running at a different speed. Makes it rather difficult to watch a film. Looking for suggestions/solution to this problem. Thank you.

The next Korean zombie film that took the Internet by storm after Train to Busan, this is just your classic zombie apocalypse movie, released right on time to be pandemic-ally relevant. It was shot and produced before COVID-19 struck the world, so it's a total coincidence that the protagonist's struggle to keep himself safe from infected zombies feels eerily similar to lockdown. It hits close enough to home to be unnerving, but not so close that it stops the escapism that you're looking for in a horror movie.
This film tackles the concept of hikikomori, reclusive people who completely withdraw from society, retreating to their rooms and isolating themselves. It can be taken to the extreme, with individuals not coming out for months or even years, and while not a phenomenon known in America, it is a real social problem that plagues Japan especially. This film has an ending you won't see coming. There's also a ton of gore and vermin(!), that keeps you wincing at the screen. 1e1e36bf2d
